Our Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right.
Returns
Eligible Items
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original packaging (for a standard return)
- Used but not performing as described (for a performance-based return — no return shipping required for orders under $30)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items damaged by misuse or improper care
- Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (for orders over $30) or a refund code (for orders under $30 — no return needed).
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location.
- Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving the item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:
- 2 business days for us to process the refund after receiving your return
- 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by bank/card issuer)
We do not charge restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send the correct item immediately at no cost and cover all return shipping. No need to return the defective item for orders under $30.
