Your pet's happiness is guaranteed. If you're not satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Items damaged in transit are replaced free of charge — just send a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
