Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders from US-based warehouses. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can track it directly on our website or through the carrier's site.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our email list to be notified.

Products

Are your products really plastic-free?

Yes. Every product we sell eliminates at least one piece of plastic from the waste stream. Our packaging is 100% recycled or compostable — no plastic mailers, no bubble wrap. Some products (like our microfiber cloths and razor blades) contain metal or synthetic materials that are recyclable rather than compostable — we're transparent about this in each product description.

Are your products certified organic?

Products made with organic cotton carry the GOTS certification, which we verify independently. Certifications are listed in each product's description. We never use "organic" as a marketing term without a verifiable certification behind it.

Are GreenSwitch Co. products safe for kids?

All products are made from food-safe, non-toxic materials. Products intended for households with children are clearly labeled. We recommend adult supervision for all cleaning products.

What if a product doesn't work for me?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on everything in the store. If you're not happy with a product's performance, contact us for a full refund — no return required for orders under $30.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. For items that didn't perform as expected (opened and used), contact us — we'll work it out. See our full Return Policy for details.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return and appear in your account within 3–5 business days after that.

Sustainability

How do I dispose of products at end of life?

Most of our products are home-compostable. Products made from bamboo, organic cotton, beeswax, and natural fibers can go directly into a home compost pile. Metal components (razor blades, safety razor) should be recycled — most municipalities accept stainless steel. We include disposal instructions on each product page.

Is your packaging really plastic-free?

100%. We use recycled cardboard boxes, compostable kraft paper mailers, paper tape, and compostable tissue paper. If you ever receive an order with plastic packaging, please let us know — it shouldn't happen.
