Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times (United States)

We ship from US-based warehouses. Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days after processing, depending on the item. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over the threshold displayed at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email puphaus@mail.ru and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it quickly.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
